Privacy Policy for Grafomaniaq

This privacy policy applies to the Grafomaniaq application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile and desktop devices. The Application was created by Leanid Losich (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application processes information you create or provide during its use to enable its core features. This includes:

• User Content: Writing documents, creative ideas, prompts, and journal entries created within the Application.
• Media: Images or profile avatars that you choose to upload or link to your entries.
• Statistics: Word counts, writing streaks, levels, and unlocked achievements used to track your progress as a writer.

The Service Provider (developer) does not have access to your personal content. All your texts, ideas, and photos are processed locally on your device or stored in your private cloud account.

Data Storage and Synchronization

To allow you to access your work across all your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac), the Application utilizes Apple iCloud (CloudKit) services.

• Your data is stored in your private iCloud database, which is linked to your personal Apple ID.
• The Service Provider cannot read, see, or modify any of your content stored in iCloud.
• Data transmission and storage are protected by Apple’s security protocols and encryption. You can manage your data or disable iCloud synchronization at any time through your device’s System Settings.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

This Application does not collect precise or real-time information about the location of your device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information?

Since the Application does not collect your data on external servers, no information is shared with third parties for analytics, marketing, or tracking purposes.

The only technical third-party service involved is Apple Inc., which provides the iCloud infrastructure for data storage. No other third-party SDKs (such as advertising or tracking tools) are integrated into the Application.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all data processing by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You can use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your device or via the application marketplace. To permanently delete your cloud data, you can use the "Delete All Documents & Progress" feature within the Application settings or manage your iCloud storage in your device settings.
